This wine was created by Ernest Loosen, one of Germany's most innovative winemakers and is a pure fruity riesling with harmony and balance.
|
Pfalz
Germany’s second largest viticultural area which lies directly below Rheinhessen extending south along the western flank of the River Rhine. The best wines are rich and spicy whites and are reminiscent of Alsace wine.
This is the warmest and driest region in Germany producing more wine than any other area. Vineyards are generally sited on flat or gently sloping land enabling extensive mechanisation. Excellent wines can be produced from Riesling, Muskateller and Gewurztraminer.

A lovely aperitif, with vegetarian dishes or a retro prawn cocktail.
